Crestwood Fair is held in Crestwood Reserve Baulkham Hills (corner of Peel Road and Chapel Lane), which is approximately 26 kilometres north west of the Sydney CBD.

The Fair is held on:
- Field 1 (Sports & Leisure Expo & Stalls);
- Field 2 (Main Stage, Food Stalls, more Market Stalls, Fireworks);
- the car park between Field 2 and the tennis courts (Carnival Rides); and
- Field 3 (Helicopter Rides).
Vehicular access for stall holders and other exhibitors is via the gate in Chapel Lane at the northern end of Field 1 opposite Crestwood High School. See photo below.
