The Management Committee wishes to aknowledge the support of the Hills Shire Council that provides an annual grant and the use of equipment to run Crestwood Fair. We also welcome aboard the following businesses as sponsors:

-   Stockland Baulkham Hills;

-   Impressions Castle Hill;

-   Raisbeck Locksmiths;

-   Castle Hill Guitar School;

-   Plus Fitness Northmead.

With the support of the Council we are seeking further financial assistance from local businesses to achieve our goal of making our 21st annual Crestwood Fair the biggest and best ever and help local community groups and clubs raise a record amount of money.

There are various opportunites available. For example you could provide prizes for the various competitions we will be running throughout the day or:

-   sponsor the whole Fair ($3,000 - $5,000);)

-   sponsor the fireworks display ($2,000 - $3,000);

-   sponsor the Sport & Leisure Expo ($2,000 - $3,000);

-   sponsor the rock climbing wall ($1,000 - $1,500);

-   sponsor the circus workshop ($500 - $1,000); or

- sponsor the mini golf ($500 - $750).

Depending on the size of the sponsorship benefits may include:

-   naming rights;

-   signage on or adjacent to the main stage on the day of the Fair;

-   a free site up to 10m x 10m on the day of the Fair to promote your business;

-   acknowledgement on this website and in 10,000 flyers distributed to local households;

-   acknowledgement in advertisements appearing in local newspapers.
